CARE OF MY MERS

* Your MER'S products have a lifetime maintenance/repair warranty.

It is a fact that pure water alone does not harm silver, but since most of the water we are exposed to in our daily lives is not purified water, the chemicals in the water can give the silver a dull appearance. Our advice for this is as follows:

Perfumes and Lotions: The chemicals in body lotions and perfumes can cause your jewelry to tarnish. To prevent this, apply first, wait for it to dry, and then wear your MERS .

Shower/Bath: Taking a shower with your MER'S jewelry will not cause any short-term damage to your jewelry. Just make sure to dry it off after showering. Also, keep in mind that heat and warmth accelerate chemical reactions.

Pool: Chlorine is a very harsh chemical, so we do not recommend that you enter the pool with your jewelry. Your MERS will last longer if you rinse it with clean water and dry it immediately after entering.

We recommend that you use a microfiber cloth or a special jewelry cloth to clean your silver jewelry. Paper towels and similar hard materials can scratch and damage the plating.

If any maintenance/repair is required in your MER'S ; you can send the products purchased from our stores to our stores, or the products purchased online to our Head Office address by filling out the FORM that comes with your cargo, with the shipping fee paid. You can contact our Whatsapp line at +90 535 830 49 89 or online@mers.com.tr regarding the price difference that may occur for additional parts to be added such as changing the ring size or necklace extension.

HOW CAN I SAVE MY MERS?

To ensure that your products remain in good condition for a long time...

· It is best to store your MER'S jewelry in small airtight zip-lock bags or in the original MER'S product box. These types of bags and hard boxes prevent your jewelry from coming into contact with air, they do not oxidize because they are not in contact with oxygen, and they preserve their shine for a long time.

· To prevent possible scratches and damage to the coating, we recommend that you store your MERS in a way that they touch each other as little as possible. This way, your products will look more well-maintained and new.
