If your order is in the "Shipped" status, you can return your order instead of canceling it. After your order is canceled, your bank is instructed to refund the amount. Depending on your bank, the product price is transferred to your credit card within 1-10 business days following the instruction.

* Mers.com.tr has no right to intervene in your bank during the refund process, which is entirely up to your bank.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For your return requests regarding your online orders, we can process your return if you send the product to us within 14 days from the date the products were delivered to you, with the shipping cost paid by you, in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. You will be contacted within 2-4 days after your cargo reaches us. We would like to remind you that the cargo of the products you want to return is your responsibility until the products reach MER''S .

Your return requests are accepted if the products are delivered to us with the shipping fee paid within the legal period of 14 days.

* For products that you think are faulty or defective, a written notification must be sent to online@mers.com.tr within 2 days from the date the cargo is delivered to you .
